About Jill
I help leaders unleash their brilliance and inspire others to create meaningful, sustainable results.
At the heart of my work has always been a desire to help people realize their greatest potential. As a recruiter, I carefully explored someone’s talents and desires, listening between the lines to assess if an opportunity would allow them to thrive. A blend of deep curiosity, insight and intuition ended up serving me well in hiring, guiding, leading, and later, in coaching.
After thirteen years in recruiting, I hit my career wall. I was yearning for a path that could provide greater meaning and challenge. With a desire to start a family, I also wanted more autonomy and flexibility. I discovered the field of coaching, spoke with some experts, and a blazing spark was lit! I had found a profession that aligns with who I am at my core – what Buddhists call my “right livelihood.” It was a clear expression of who I am. I jumped in with both feet, enrolled with training, my first clients, and of course, a coach. Two years later, with my husband’s unwavering encouragement, I left the comfort of my corner office to focus on my business.
Creating dramatic life change is never easy, but as I tell my clients, a compelling vision can pull you forward. Twenty-plus years later, I’m as passionate about what I do as the day I began. I work with brave leaders, helping them uncover and live the deepest expression of who they are, and to inspire those around them. Turns out, my own unique brilliance is to help them unleash theirs.

Core Belief #1
A top challenge for leaders and teams is addressing delicate and difficult issues. Yet real growth rarely comes from comfort – and the gains of respectfully speaking the truth far outweigh the risks. Candor with a sense of caring builds awareness, clarity and trust – the bedrock to high-performance. Bravely sharing what we see will always move people forward faster.
Core Belief #2
Brilliant leaders are incredible connectors, listeners and engagers. They have a natural sense of curiosity and use it liberally. They know the value of having all voices at the table and that the sum is far richer than the parts. In a culture based on belonging, people are safe to be themselves and excited to engage. They are primed to accomplish powerful things together.
Core Belief #3
Success at all costs will easily miss the mark. For enduring, positive change, leaders must bring all of themselves into play. Exploring your values and vision of success, as well as reducing any undue stress, will mean more energy for what matters most. With a rudder to stay the course amid inevitable waves, your priorities will compel you to keep the promises you make to yourself.
In exploring your needs, my primary aim is to ensure they are met. I’m fortunate to maintain a trusted circle of colleagues with a variety of coaching and consulting expertise. When your situation requires additional choices, different skills, or others to collaborate with me, I’m always happy to make recommendations and introductions. You can be assured that my associates are well-vetted, highly skilled and share similar core values.
